(Once your gift card is purchased, you can still add more people to your tour) Refund and Transfer Policy: Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable to different products. Once purchased, they are dedicated to the selected tour experience. We only offer refunds if Sea the City cancels the tour due to weather or other reasons beyond our control. Tour Booking Policy: Once you book your tour please note: You must arrive 30 minutes before tour time to check in. If you arrive with less than 30 minutes before tour we cannot guarantee that you will be able to participate. Leave extra time to arrive since the NYC and DC locations may experience unprecedented traffic. Rescheduling: You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your tour time. Late Arrivals/No-shows: Unfortunately, late arrivals (less than 30 minutes before the tour) or no-shows are not eligible for reschedule or refund. However, our management team may consider accommodations at their discretion.
